I dont know how some of yall cry about working out for a hour but go to work all day and go to school all day!? Screw motivation screw waiting for a your feelings to make you wanna workout! You are in control of your body and its time for you jelly back mental midgets to get it in!! Find you a program and stick to it! Get a DVD or something and get busy!!! Quit crying and own dat sh**! Go do some HIIT! challenge yourself! Workout 6days a week and rest on Sunday and take your butt to Church! Then get back at it on Monday! Consistency doesn't wait for motivation to occur! Consistency waits for fatigue and helps you push threw it! Now get to work you mental midget and prove it to yourself and others that you can do it!!!!
