I just wanted to knw if anyone tried this and what were your results afterwards... do you feel like it gave your body justice and what was your mood like???

What you mean has anyone tried this.. Ramadaan is a month that Muslims fast from dawn to dusk without any food. I fast.. What do you mean when you say has it done justice? Lol

It can be for anyone who wants to try it I dnt think it's just for Muslims only...

Ramadan fasting is different to normal fasting.. We pray and make intention we doing this for pleasure of God.. And we don't eat anything till sunset. Normal fasting is when you don't eat food but still drink liquids.. That type of fasting must do if you want to diet.. So there's a difference between the two fasts

I think you just mean fasting in general. Ramadan is a spiritual holiday, and not for everyone...

I suggest you not try fasting and not eating whole day. You have to get liquids in your body

In my opinion i think intermittent fasting is really effective when it comes to losing weight
