Hi all. I've been working out now for about a year. I do mon-fri. On mon wed and fri I do upper body and I do lower on tues and thurs. I lift heavy and with low reps and I take whey protein daily.
I've lost all of the weight I want to. But I'm having trouble gaining Lean mass. Any suggestions?

I eat a lot too. Guess it's just not in the cards for me. Lol
