Hi all. I've been working out now for about a year. I do mon-fri. On mon wed and fri I do upper body and I do lower on tues and thurs. I lift heavy and with low reps and I take whey protein daily.

I've lost all of the weight I want to. But I'm having trouble gaining Lean mass. Any suggestions?

I eat a lot too. Guess it's just not in the cards for me. Lol

Make sure you getting your macronutrients (carbs, protein and fats)  in everyday.. Very important.. Get at least 8hours of sleep. Take a protein shake before bed.. Drink at least 2 liters of water everyday... And train hard.
