What's your workout routine???

I walk in the morning every morning and in the evening I dance rather it be zumba,belly dancing etc for at least an hour...

Hip hop abs cause I can catch my breath and Shaun T is a very good motivator to keep going through the workout

I do an hr of cardio and Jillian michaels 30 day shred 3-5 times a week.
