Dont give up!
So after using this app
It really had me thinking of what else I could do.
Besides actually eating well and drinking more water.
I joined kickboxing!
Finally after three months of going forward with it and doing some easy routines I remembered from here. I can definitely say I feel better about myself and look it.
I'm a lean mean fighting machine.
Losing 20lbs and gaining 10 lbs of muscle. I definitely don't want to go any skinner or muscular. I still feel average--but toned. I wasn't ever made to be a "skinny" person. I have large hips and curves and I wouldnt change it. I plan to stay this way.
I make a meal plan for every week and prep it on my day off so I don't over indulge but I still give in once or twice in the week.
Believe me guys, if I can do it.
