This us a page to post all the progress you have made I wanted to start one because on june 16 I weighed in at 145lbs and now I am 140lbs and my next goal is 135 so wish me luck

You are about like me Ashley, I am hoping so much my scale says 135 on Friday. We can do this:)

Me I started at 230lbs in June and now I weight 220lbs my goal is to reach less than 200lbs by September I wish you good luck

I started trying to lose weight when I reached 224 and now I am at 215 a month and half later. It's amazing what you can do when you put your mind to it.

This is a great page. On April 1st I weighed 145 as of last Friday's weigh in I am 136.4. I put on about 20 lbs after my hysterectimi 3 yrs ago and it has stuck to me like glue. But I refuse to give up and for the first time the scale is finally starting to go down. My goal right now is to hit 130 by my birthday Aug 11th after that my goal is 125 my normal weight then maintain and keep building muscle to stay fit. hello everybody:)

Today's weigh in, 135.8 5 more pounds to go then new goal of 5 more lbs. I have seen this for 3 yrs. I know the scale might stop or even go up working out with weights now but I will take the loose clothes

Im 190lbs my goal weight is 135. I got to lose my baby weight!  Im shooting for 2lbs week.

I started working out just under two years ago, and focused on upper body strength.  I remember starting from scratch with curling 20 lbs dumbbells as my max weight with my goal of being able to curl a 50 lbs dumbbell.  Well, was working out a few days ago, and found myself being able to curl the 50 lbs dumbbell.  Didn't hit me till later, but was a neat "wow" moment.

Started my journey 2 years ago. My start weight was 206 lbs and now I am at 150lb. Not finished yet my goal is 130 lb.

I went on vacation and gain some weight but I was able to drop it and reach 216 I'm proud of myself

Me, I started losing weight at the beginning in February and weighed 266 pounds and now I weigh 206 pounds looking to get between 190-200 pounds.

I started at 180lbs. then I maintained it at 165lbs. Now, Im pushing myself to reach my ideal weight at 125-130lbs.

I need more work but i ready n in shape yea its football season for me then track/tennis i maybe ru  some 5k event in between just to stay in shape all year round i want to be the best n on my way there .
