Not a newbie, Just haven't posted in a while and I was wandering....is it better to get your cardio in FIRST then follow with toning n sculpting; or should it be the other way around?

My coach wud say.... Body warmup is the first thing to do..... For example lifting without warmup can lead to muscle tear, cramps, can even do harm to the body, spinal injury, muscle injury, etc.... Always warmup first with cardiovascular vascular ;)

I've seen that whatever you do first should be what your primary goal is.  For me it's more building than cardio.  So I'll lift first.  I tried doing cardio first but had less energy for weights.  I'd imagine if I wanted to focus on weight loss, I'd do cardio first to use my peak energy for that.
