Not a newbie, Just haven't posted in a while and I was wandering....is it better to get your cardio in FIRST then follow with toning n sculpting; or should it be the other way around?

I've seen that whatever you do first should be what your primary goal is. For me it's more building than cardio. So I'll lift first. I tried doing cardio first but had less energy for weights. I'd imagine if I wanted to focus on weight loss, I'd do cardio first to use my peak energy for that.
