Ummm....well the wrap (whole wheat or something that sounds healthy), lettuce or spinach, I put sweet mini peppers in mine, turkey etc etc. I guess whatever you want really. Its like a rolled up sandwich.

Pasta with homemade sauce and mozzarella an equal sized helping of sauteed Brussels sprounts with mushrooms. Yum-oh!
