Hi fellow skimblers. I would like to share an update. Back in may I posted the topic "down but not out" since then I underwent physical therapy for my planter fascitis and arthritis in my knees. After my sessions were completed there was little change to my health issues.
I joined a gym and began work with a personal trainer to help me out. It has been four weeks at the gym and I have gone from 210 lbs to 198 lbs. My body is gaining strength slowly and hope to be back to work soon. (Medical leave right now). I see my doctor august 7 this will be a follow up to previous visits. I'll keep everyone posted with changes as they happen.
