How should i workout in order to gain weight despite of increasing my portion of food? I'm 19 my height is about 5'1 and my weight is 38kg. daim I'm so tiny and weightless lol. Pls help

Hello, I encountered the same sort of problem last year and I found that having a high carb and protein intake, around 200-300 carbs and about the same protein along side heavy weights training about 4 times a week piles on muscle mass fairly rapidly, also when doin weights you wanna be doin around 6-8 reps on a heavy weight :)

I remember when I was your age. That was something that I always struggled with because I have a very high metabolism rate. Is it so much that you want to gain weight or add muscle mass? If it's muscle mass that you seek try consuming a protein shake after every workout and also having one more shake 1.5 hours before you go to bed on top of what Aaron suggests with his comments.
