I just started this app on Monday but I have a question what work out should I do to loose my "love handles"
As long as you're physically active and eating well (or at least not eating bad) you should start to lose some weight. I honestly think spot reduction isn't really effective, so I tend to try and do as many different exercises as possible, although you may want to focus on your core, and cardio is a biggie. Running, biking, even swimming can have a massive impact on your weight. Best of luck.
