I would love to eat healthier and get in shape but its hard for me to actually do that? How can I stay motivater
Also any tips for healthy meals?

I think you should find a friend or somebody that can workout with because sometimes it is better to have someone there just to be a supporting system.

Also try eating smaller portions then usual it might take time but it is worth it at the end. Also try adding more vegetables and protein to your meals.
