Has anyone taken the cpat or bittle?? I need trainning help

Hey everyone, I'm two months away from my cpat and bittle. I'm currently 5'4 , age 23 And weight 145lbs . I been running 2 miles a day for endurance and bike approximately 3 to 4 miles daily . and I do light weight training once to twice a week. Will this be good enough to pass my firefighting physical or should I be training harder? I have two months to prepare and I could really use the fitness advice .... specially for strength training .

My suggestion would be to find out what events and tasks you will be required to do and try your best to replicate them and test yourself once a week...or add that in as a regular workout routine. You will see where you stand and what area you need to improve in to meet the requirements.
