Hey everyone, I'm two months away from my cpat and bittle. I'm currently 5'4 , age 23 And weight 145lbs . I been running 2 miles a day for endurance and bike approximately 3 to 4 miles daily . and I do light weight training once to twice a week. Will this be good enough to pass my firefighting physical or should I be training harder? I have two months to prepare and I could really use the fitness advice .... specially for strength training .
