Same here! I'll go an entire day feeling full and satisfied by my usual healthy diet but then almost always crave a snack at night. So I do one of two things-
1. Make sure I have healthy snacks around for these occasions (like pistachios)
2. Eat a smaller portion during dinner since I'm destined to be hungry later regardless

I find it's about habit. Set yourself a target to go one week without unhealthy snacks. Allow yourself fruit as an alternative. Remove the unhealthy ones and make sure there is fruit available. When you have got through a week go for the month.
Drink alot of water chew gum try to eat some vegetables to sray full
The nuts are good for u. Snack away if u chose something healthy.
