So today what is your baby step to a healthy you ?

When you're down and under, take a very small baby step everyday. However small. But vow to take it. May be omitting just one junk food item, doing just one five minute workout. Breathing deep and telling yourself " I love you."
And you will rise and shine and keep wondering how.
So what's your insignificant silky baby step today?

I will only buy cookies I DONT like for my daughter. Lol
