Avoiding junk food

I'm new to this whole working out/dieting thing and I just keep wanting to eat foods that aren't healthy! Any tips on how to stop my cravings??

For me I have to quit sugar cold turkey or I go nuts. Once it's out of your body (1-2 week) the craving leaves. If not replace it with something healthy. Sweet- eat fruit, yogurt, dark choc, or other healthier options. I like the fiber one brownies, they taste like a brownie and are only 90 cals I'm a firm believer that if you deprive yourself of things you enjoy you will come to a point that you will either binge or you will give up healthy eating. Eat what you enjoy but do it in moderation and keep track...
