I just started about 2 weeks ago and was wondering if anyone knows of a good post workout recovery drink/shake? I workout harder every day and I am starting to notice I need something between my workouts and the time it takes me to make/ get to the food.
Any specific kind you would suggest?
That sounds delicious. Thank you. :) I will try that. I had been drinking ensure protein but didn't seem to do much for me. Trying to build some muscle and the workout is only half of it.

Dont forget a great energy boost! BANANA for energy. Remember you get energy from carbs. I drink milk ir a protein shake and eat a banana after workouts.
Tried a banana as a snack and the chunky monkey post workout yesterday and it was DELICIOUS! :) If anyone was curious, I recommend it.
Pineapple good for post workout, spirulina, chlorella and most grass juice powders are good.
