I haven't worked out in three days

I need help to stay motivated I got sore. And told my self I would workout the day after I took my "break". Has anyone gone through this as well?? Please help!

That happened to me too but if you really want to workout, you'll find time! Just get up and do it because activity fuels more activity while laziness fuels more laziness. And you can always follow fitblrs on tumblr and they are really motivating! You can check mine out at jennys-getting-fit.tumblr.com and if you go to the right side of my page and click on blogroll, you'll find more fitblrs! Good luck!! (:

Taking a day or two break or even after a couple months taking a week or so is great for recovery. But training is suppose to be hard and that why it's do great.. Being sore means its working so don't let that slow u down. Push through it and you will feel better after!
