Getting back to working out

Since having two children who are now 4 and 6, its very difficult to stick to a workout plan. I lose 20lbs but I have without really trying; however, I'm trying get back into shape. I have eliminated soda and any sugary drinks. My weakness is sweets. How can I get back into working out with a busy schedule?

I thought about that also. Should I do 10 minutes here then 10 minutes there. Like throughout day when I get a chance

You will find the answer in 8 hour diet. I have explained it in one of my posts. You may also google it. You only need to workout for 8 minutes, first thing in the morning. Don't overkill. Do let me know if this was useful. And please be consistent.
