Workout Help!

I really want to get my stomach toned and defined, I am already at my ideal weight (108) but I would like to have abs and a perky ass. What workouts should I do to fully maximize my goal?

SD3 - No More Love Handles, SD3 - crunch and prunch, abdomination... Lots of great core-workouts out there. Enjoy and have fun

And google 8 hour diet. I have explained it in one of my posts. That's your answer. Then you need to workout only 8 minutes a day. But the way, why do you want to look more stunning? Are you gonna fly away?
