Egg for workout! Protein?

What is good and more protein after workout? Raw egg white o boiled eggs?

boiled eggs but 1 with yellow is enough ten the rest are more whites coz raw can gives u salmonella...try protein bread too,banana and raisins as ur snacks....coz protein shakes are expensive!

Any egg protein is good. Eggs are some of the most bio available protein. I wouldnt eat raw eggs these days too many risks for food poisoning. Plus when you cook eggs the proteins denaturize making it easier to digest.

It really depends on which country you live as to whether you eat raw eggs. Food production regulations in many developed countries are fine, check local information.

You can blend them in a milkshake with a banana, flavoured syrup or ice cream for a well balanced recovery meal.
