I do Thai boxing. Why do you ask?

When did your body get used to the intense cardio?

I used to train for triathlon earlier so in comparison I found Thai boxing easy going. Well... at least the cardio and endurance part.

I started but it was too much for me with work, but starting again monday I hope! Are you planning to become competitive?  Where are you from?

Well I had my first session 2 days ago, and I can still hardly walk. So once I'm able to move again, I will be going to my next class.

For me it took bout 10 trainings to adjust. Wasnt just the cardio but my shoulders and upper back werent used to the tensions and hits. Took alot longer for my chins to adjust to the lowkick sensation.

Wow, so I guess it will, take awhile to adjust. But I'm sure it's worth it.

Well 10 trainings were a month for me. Imo not that long to get used to a new sport.

I used to kickbox last year. I absolutely loved it. It was more MMA mixed with Thai. I only stopped because I couldn't afford it anymore.

I go to a pretty good priced place. You could always buy a punching bag, those are convenient.
