I'm sure there are a lot of post on here for this but I know each person is different and I was wondering if anyone had some ideas of workouts for loosing weight I'm at 220 and want to get down to 140 to start with. My first goal of course is to get under 200 in the next few weeks here. I have done power strength and conditioning and am looking to focus on the weight now Thanks.

Hiit or tabata exercise to help you lose weight and strengthen every part of your body.
Its a nice there's a lot of workout to do and the forum is a nice place to get advice
