I'm sure there are a lot of post on here for this but I know each person is different and I was wondering if anyone had some ideas of workouts for loosing weight I'm at 220 and want to get down to 140 to start with. My first goal of course is to get under 200 in the next few weeks here. I have done power strength and conditioning and am looking to focus on the weight now Thanks.

I'm like you I'm trying to drop my weight below 200.
For exercise should try
Hiit or tabata exercise to help you lose weight and strengthen every part of your body.

Its a nice there's a lot of workout to do and the forum is a nice place to get advice

A great way to drop pounds, especially if you're already working on an active lifestyle, is to increase the amount of protein you eat in a day and to try and limit the amount of carbs you eat. There are many benefits to this. Protein is made up of amino acids which are responsible for building/repairing tissue, enzymes, muscles, etcetera. Protein will also fill you up quicker and longer, so you won't be as hungry in the day. 

Also, one tip that I do, is I don't keep any junk food in the house so I won't be tempted to eat the unhealthy food over the stuff that is good for me.

I want lose weight also. I did buy some green coffee beans pills to take while I workout too. Hope I can do this. I just want support
