Progress can be anything ! How much weight youve lost, how much muscle you've gained. It can be how you've changed from all sodas to diet or just water. More reps or more weight with lifting ..literally anything related to getting healthy . Just brag and make yourself feel better by showing it off xD
I feel like this app hell me put on lean muscle tone my abs i ready for football season agian . At the rate im going i think i can finaly hit under 4:30 in a mile it going to be hard and alot more day of sweating .
I got a compliment that my power clean was improving. From totally sucking at it to sucking at it slightly less. Gues i can call it improvement hehe.

I broke my hand a few months ago, together with a hot summer, and I put on some weight, and got up to 200 pounds. I'm 5'8 and walk around 175, when I workout regularly. After two weeks, of diet, and exercising, I'm down to 185 and still dropping weight!
Well, I have been working out everyday since July 1 2013. Last month I have 700 points and started counting calories and lost 13 pounds. I started using this app to help my severe lower back pain that started just over a year ago. Since I've been using this app, the pain is pretty much gone. The weight loss was a nice bonus.
I've been working out off and on for over 3 years, but my job for the last 2 has really hindered my routine (live in nurse) being very sedentary. Until now every morning and every evening work outs and or stretches this week. I'm so excited to get my body back... XD
