Progress can be anything ! How much weight youve lost, how much muscle you've gained. It can be how you've changed from all sodas to diet or just water. More reps or more weight with lifting ..literally anything related to getting healthy . Just brag and make yourself feel better by showing it off xD

I feel like this app hell me put on lean muscle tone my abs i ready for football season agian . At the rate im going i think i can finaly hit under 4:30 in a mile it going to be hard and alot more day of sweating .

In the past month I've started counting calories, exercising every day (except rest day of course) and something I never thought I'd do, running. I've lost about 13 pounds and I'm starting to get abs!  never thought I'd see that day. I still want to see a lot more fat turn to muscle though.

Well Hell I'd day you've for sure been making progress. Bragging rights are there and you earned them . That's gotta feel good . This is just step one ! Let's keep up the hard work and you'll be having that dream body of yours before you know it xD amazing .

I got a compliment that my power clean was improving. From totally sucking at it to sucking at it slightly less. Gues i can call it improvement hehe.

I've committed to waking up at 5am every morning to get cardio in. I also add in strength excercise a several evenings a week and lead a squat circuit challenge for my office. It's paying off...although Im only down several pounds, I've lost 6 inches between my bust, waist, hips, and thigh. I have about 30lbs to lose still, but Im trying to focus more on getting fit and healthy...the pounds will follow. :

That's a great way to do it ! Just because you aren't losing weight doesn't mean you aren't getting fit. So that's correct. Plus you are helping others along the way !? A saint ! A saint I say xD

Down 22 lbs total and went from a size to a 7 :) Loving it and not stopping.. Had a little extra help with my goals though..

I broke my hand a few months ago, together with a hot summer, and I put on some weight, and got up to 200 pounds. I'm 5'8 and walk around 175, when I workout regularly.  After two weeks, of diet, and exercising, I'm down to 185 and still dropping weight!

Well, I have been working out everyday since July 1 2013. Last month I have 700 points and started counting calories and lost 13 pounds. I started using this app to help my severe lower back pain that started just over a year ago. Since I've been using this app, the pain is pretty much gone. The weight loss was a nice bonus.

I've been working out off and on for over 3 years,  but my job for the last 2 has really hindered my routine (live in nurse) being very sedentary. Until now every morning and every evening work outs and or stretches this week. I'm so excited to get my body back... XD

I entered a biggest loser contest at work so I could lose weight and live a healthier lifestyle. The contest lasted from Feb-Apr and did strength training at a gym twice a week and did cardio at Planet Fitness 2 to 3 times a week and ended up losing 34 pounds in the contest. I continued after the contest at both places and have lost another 24 pounds since then. So now I have lost a total of 59 pounds since the beginning of February and now weigh 206.5 pounds after weighing 266 pounds when I started.
