Or try this.. set a weekly goal and a reward you can treat yourself to it when accomplised goal. Then find a motivation to get to your reward.
It's simply laziness is ruling u.Come out of it.More over when u r new to workouts there will be some amount of pain in the body that will make u lethargic, during that times u can take some painkillers for a day or two but try to continue ur workouts.In due course u will get self motivated.
Music is the best motivation out there listen to it while working out u can do much more than you expect
