How do I run when I keep getting cramps

I used to get that when I was younger, I found drinking lots of water before and during helped.

Stay hydrated snd stretch before and after you run

Do not run to quickly after eating. After eating a snack, wait 30-45 minutes to run. After eating a meal, wait 1-2 hours.

Eat more vitamin d also drink lots of water before running and do not stand under the sun too much also eat some carbs they help in replenishing your body let us say that gatorade is a good drink before running and sources of vitamin d are raisins and cheese
