Motivational help/ workout buddy?

Ok, so today I found out I have to weigh around 150-154 for my height to join the reserves or any branch for that matter. But I have almost 55lbs to lose & the more I try the less I feel I can achieve it... plus I have my sister but since she's her ideal weight she never wants to help me out. anyone want to be motivation/workout buddies on kik or have any tips to help me stay motivated? Anything helps Xo

First you have to believe that you really want to do it and you're halfway there. The other half is just doing it! Trust me once you start, you'll want more. You'll be sore the first few days but keep at it! You can always go on tumblr and follow some fitblrs for motivation since they always post stuff and you can check mine out at and of you go to the right, you can click on blogroll and the people there are also fitblrs! You can do it, and if you need anything you can kik me! My kik is jennytoch.
