Motivational help/ workout buddy?
Ok, so today I found out I have to weigh around 150-154 for my height to join the reserves or any branch for that matter. But I have almost 55lbs to lose & the more I try the less I feel I can achieve it... plus I have my sister but since she's her ideal weight she never wants to help me out. anyone want to be motivation/workout buddies on kik or have any tips to help me stay motivated?
