How much food in the AM is enough to get your metabolism going? Also, would like some ideas as egg whites, oat meal and blue berries are good but I need a change up.
fruit all kinds! Not sure what you do for exercise in the am but drink 16oz of water right when u wake or after your am workout flushes the body and get that metabolism going. If you do workout in the am drink about 4 oz eat a half an Apple not to much you don't want a tummy cramp then get in that water and a protein
