So, I have had to stop going to the gym because I don't have the money to pay for the membership and I don't have the time to go due to being a full time student and having a family to raise. I have just gone out and bought some dumbbells, a curling bar and a few plates. I was wondering if with the limited equipment I have at the moment, can I still work all the muscle groups? I know machines help to work some of the harder muscles to workout, I have never been much for the machines anyway, I enjoy the challenge of working with free weight. But as I said, I have limited equipment. If someone could please give me a basic guideline of workouts to perform with these free weights, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

My son showed me Convict Conditioning. I'm integrating all that into my Tacfit and Dumbbell routine.

That is an outstanding book, I have been following that one for 5 months now. It is very rewarding.
