The first step :s
I got this app because i wanted to feel better about my body and to be healthy. I have wanted to do this for a long time and now im really doing it! But theres on thing... IM SCARED O.O ! I know it sounds odd but im scared it might not work for me or ill get lazy and give up :'( . Any tips to get over this ? x
Yea aarti is right change is scary. You already making the right steps in the right direction. But if you take it step by step you'll be alright. When I started out I made little changes to my lifestyle like stopped drinking sodas, drink only water and green tea ( unsweeten of course) and cut salt intake and bad carbs. Little changes like those can made a difference. You also in faith in yourself we'll help motivate you along the way but you have believe in yourself that you can make it to your idea goal.
I believe you can do it. Go and break all limitations. You are not doing this alone we are here to motivate and support you and your endeavours.
