No Rest Day...
Okay so...I don't have a rest day...I work out every day...at least 30min a day. I know that I should give my body a rest but it's just not in me >_< if I am super tierd or sore I just do some stretches or very light workouts...is this a bad thing? I really need some advice on this...I'm just worried that my muscles might not be developing or something since I don't have a rest day...thx
witch part of rest day you dint understand ? nothing ... go for a walk
Just remember one important,thing,rest is the most important part of the workout as well as the stretching..so u gonna rest when u body is crying..there is the good pain,the burn..and the other one which may cause injuries,so rest a day or 2 if u need it..then when u gonna workout again,u r gonna feel refresh..so rest..u want to gain muscle,and be fit..so dnt injure yourself,take care,gud luck
