hey everyone! i need to lose 5kg. It's now my 2nd day of giving up meat, rice and soda...plus, i've been doing HIIT for 2 days as well. Any other tips?:)

Do lots of cardio , go for runs, run on the treadmill, or try insanity

Lean meat and brown rice aren't bad at all. Keep doing the HIIT and watch your carbs. Also, do not forget your strength training.
