4 kgs in 2 months!
That's my goal.Anyone else who wants to join?Also,I would appreciate advice/tips/suggestions on how to reach my goal
I want to lose 7kg now but 2 months sounds okay too, what helped me lose my first 7kg was reducing the caloric intake, working out at least 30 min everyday, drinking lots of water, chose better foods, and most important of all stop drinking soda, alcohol and eating bread. I lost 7kg in one month when i did that :)
