So...after school today...I'm going to be sitting in a car for 6 hours...can anyone recommend exercises I can do...or something I can do to not be just sitting the whole time...I'm only going to be at the destination at about 4 or 5pm so I won't have that much time to work out...but I'll try my best to do it...just need some tips!! I actually created a workout for passengers. Road warrior car workout...it's only about 25 or 30 minutes long but you can do it several times. Also, I suggest a stop every two hours at most and walk around for a few minutes, stretch or even a little jog.
