With ankle weights, straighten your legs while sitting; that works your quads. Put the ankle weights on your knees and go to tip toes while sitting; that works your calves. Do bicep curls and forward rows. Stretch your neck, roll your shoulders, do the shoulder stretch. Squeeze your knees together as hard as they can for 1 min; that works your inner thighs.
