What's good ways to help yourself say no to junk or havin seconds?

Drink lots of water, then you will not want to eat.

I only drink water and all natural juices. Guess I should drink more?

Get rid of junk food in your house and prepare your meal in advance. also drink a lot of water

Also you could add chicken and salmon to your diet there great for health

Smoothies are a great idea. Also try a handful of nuts e.g. Brazil nuts when cravings for a snack get too much for you.
