Right now, I can't do a single push-up! My muscles are too weak :/. Can anyone give me some advice or tips?

Get into the push up position and just try and hold it for 20 seconds then try 30 seconds and so on. They will help build upper body strength and just keep trying. No tricks to pushs just practice and you will be able to get them. Hang from a pull up bar as well.

Yes right know I'm Trying the knee push ups and other workouts to try and strengthen my muscles! Thanks everybody :)
