I needed a new challange here but...a question b4 i start.. do we have to do them in 1 set? cuz i have a bad right shoulder & can only do from 10-15 push ups at once?!

Anyway, i liked this challange & i dont care f im alone in it..so:
(day1): 130jump rope-34push ups
(day2):370jump rope-30push ups
i've been jumping rope b4 for 15min..& i can jump more than 100/1min..so this gives me another personal challnge to increase the jumping number per 1min..
i hope every 1 reaches their goals..
(day5):110 jumpe rope/30 push ups!!
(day6):100 /30 done!!

Yep. Its knee push ups for too. St first at least.
I don't have a jump rope
I been doing push ups but I'll add it to my 10 mile a week challenge.
