Hey guys this is something that I've tried and it works:

Do your normal rounds of workout.
And in between  different sets of exercises jump the rope but don't compromise on your interval period..rest is equally important.

Thought I should share. 😺

use any kind of rope or wire u have around..or just do a fake jumpe rope motion..hehe ;p

Yep. Its knee push ups for too. St first at least.

Hey every1..seems like 'yal stopped posting when i started😒

Anyway, i liked this challange & i dont care f im alone in it..so:

(day1): 130jump rope-34push ups
(day2):370jump rope-30push ups
(day3):100/30+
(day4):100/30

i've been jumping rope b4 for 15min..& i can jump more than 100/1min..so this gives me another personal challnge to increase the jumping number per 1min..
i hope every 1 reaches their goals..
