Only with other if they there to motivate u other wise i rather work alone i dnt like any distraction

Both! Sometimes it's nice to have a partner, but as long as they want to be there. Because going to the gym with someone who doesn't want to be there, definitely spoils the workout mood!

Buddy always is better. If you have a buddy you have a reason to keep going. You encourage each other and you feel better. You won't feel like you want to stop if there still going so why would you do it if you didn't. Both have advantages and disadvantages. But more likely you will be by yourself. Plus if you have a buddy and they are hot, just get behind them a few feet and you've got tons of motivation!!
