I have always had trouble with motivation when eating right and working out and I would really like if there is anyone keen to follow each others journey. Follow me & I'll happily follow you ;) (unless you weird me out) Also if anyone has any cool tips for motivation I'll love to hear ;) Cheers!
Id help.. i try to eat better but its hard when u dont knw what to eat for lunch n tired of subway lol
You can always find motivation everywhere. Yesterday I tried some of my clothes and realize they where starting to feel less tight on me and that helped me stay motivated
So true Hector! I live in a shared house with people in different eating habits and eating unhealthy food.. and I'm the only one who bothers about what I eat! I might check out a bunch of new recipies or alternative ingredients.. I'll post some if I find anything decent ;)

Yeah its always to keep your clothes because you never know when they will fit you. yeah trying to find healthy food when your out or with people at your house is a big challenge.

Most places where I live have an alternative.. remember in restaurants n things like that you are allowed to ask whether you can remove a fatty item etc.. but I agree with you too.. not only id it sometimes hard to find alternatives its hard to see friends n family eating whatever they want ;(

To help with motivation with eating it's a good idea to know how many calories your consuming and how much you should be consuming, that way you know if you eat that extra item over your limit then the calories you just worked your ads off for was a waste of time and your not going to loose weight. This is assuming you want to lose weight, if not then I can give other tips depending on your specific goals
