Hey guys!
I tried this app back in may and I lost all motivation. :( I'm back and was wondering.. What are some tips to keep me focused on my goals?

Welcome back :)

What helps me is myfitnesspal app. The food dairy helps me keep track of my total caloric intake. This app helps me keep track of my calories burned :)

Yup, i use that too. Just come here for an occasional workout lol.

Put up a picture of everyone you know that has been stricken with a disease caused by lifestyle choices. Heart disease, type 2 diabetes, lung cancer, etc.

Hi! I am in the exact same situation, what i will try from now on is using a trainingbuddy or partner. I hope for this to work out ;) cheers from Sweden!
