I tried this app back in may and I lost all motivation. :( I'm back and was wondering.. What are some tips to keep me focused on my goals?

What helps me is myfitnesspal app. The food dairy helps me keep track of my total caloric intake. This app helps me keep track of my calories burned :)

Put up a picture of everyone you know that has been stricken with a disease caused by lifestyle choices. Heart disease, type 2 diabetes, lung cancer, etc.
