Sucks to gain weight $:

I need some tips to weight loss! I never had a problem in the past about weight up until a year ago. I packed on quite abit and enough is enough! I love these work outs and seem effective but what about diets? Where do i start?

I drink A LOT of water in a day, even to control my hunger sometimes. I want to eat healthy but i don't know how to demise a proper diet, help?

I'm no expert but this is my advice!:) 

It's great you are drinking lots of water,:) if you haven't already, try to cut down on soda and sugary snacks.
If you are hungry, grab a price of fruit instead, save chocolate for a treat every now and then.:)
For meals, check out recommend portion sizes of things so that you are eating enough but not too much, also stay away from processed ready meals and have takeaways in moderation!
Finally remember that starving yourself is not a good idea! It slows your metabolism and puts your body into fat storage mode!
