Sucks to gain weight $:
I need some tips to weight loss! I never had a problem in the past about weight up until a year ago. I packed on quite abit and enough is enough! I love these work outs and seem effective but what about diets? Where do i start?
I drink A LOT of water in a day, even to control my hunger sometimes. I want to eat healthy but i don't know how to demise a proper diet, help?
