Best abs exercise?

Guys, I wanted to know what is the best abs exercise... I'm doing the "Abs Attack" one... Do you suggest any other workout?

Stand up then put ur hands on the ground then legs *now in a push up position* then jump up repeat *its what they do in the military* it really works EVERYTHING

I believe level 1 is meant to be done for 3 weeks, and then level 2 for 3 weeks. I haven't added level 2 yet.

Get ankle weights and do leg raises. That's how I got my abs.. And do a lot of cardio.. You need less than 10% fat to really show your abs.. I got 12% :-( so I need to burn calories.. Sex burns 2000 calories every 30mins..
