Well I always want to start working out but the main issue is dieting. Im always told just eat healthy. What I want to know exactly what a meal plan consists of through the day. Or would like like. Also a weight free routine, though I have lesser weights and a pull up bar. Any help is appreciated. My goal is to mainly tone and build muscle.
I have this app on my phone called Diet Assistant. You can choose a diet plan according to what you want to achieve that week (or for a longer periode of time) and based on your preferences, it gives you a diet to follow. It isn't anything professional, but it's helper me.
