How do I get motivated? Exercise has been a challenge for me.
Do a workout and really push yourself. Afterwards, take a deep breath and be proud of yourself. Remember that feeling and remember that you can do it!
Sometimes when I lack motivation, I just suck it up and go to the gym anyway. Afterwards, I'm always feeling better!
