Today is cardio day, for me! I hate repitition so the key to keep me interested in exercise is to change things up. Yesterday was bum and legs day, today is cardio, tomorrow is dancing and I dont know what friday will be, just yet :)
What day is it for you? :)

Just did some cardio, decided it's a core day aswell today :) any great core workouts you'd recommend?

Mountain climbers are great, any kind of plank, bicycle crunches, so many :)

Start in push-up position (like full plank), drive your right knee forward towards chest, then as you extend right leg back drive left knee forward towards chest. Keep alternating legs, extend one back as you drive the other forward :)

Upper body(bis, tris, traps, shoulder, chest) then a 3-4 mile walk later on just to burn a few extra calories.

Yesterday I upped it a notch by doing cardio, core aaaaand butt and legs! :) rather proud of myself :) GO FOR IT TODAY, PEOPLE! Good luckĀ  :)
