Today is cardio day, for me! I hate repitition so the key to keep me interested in exercise is to change things up. Yesterday was bum and legs day, today is cardio, tomorrow is dancing and I dont know what friday will be, just yet :)

Yesterday I upped it a notch by doing cardio, core aaaaand butt and legs! :) rather proud of myself :) GO FOR IT TODAY, PEOPLE! Good luck :)
