Ok i havent worked out in like 3 days and i really feel bad about it.. Like i was commited to it and.. i just slipped. I just feel like i needed to share this with you guys coz i woud die of guilt of i kept it quiet. So i PROMISE i will resume my workout and not miss a day. If you wanna be my work out buddy, then lets roll.
I just took 10 days off dont worry sometimes its good to give your body a little break.
