So I can do a reasonable amount of cardio,but when I try to do toning/strength training workout,even for a little time,I feel like the muscle group Im exercising is on fire.I cant do it for long,and am all sore next day.Whats wrong? :(

I've got the same problem! Feel like im stuck with cardio!
