My preworkout has beta alkanine in it. Which in turn makes my body tingle and hurt. It is affecting my nerves and can lead to nerve damage. Do you know of any that dont have beta alkanineđź’—

M still working on my core... But i took me about a month but i went hard

Have water, fresh juice, before, during, and after a workout. Dehydration caused muscle cramps. I believe fresh lime water, 1 glass is the best pre workout drink.

When I was over seas I couldn't get ahold of pre work out mix and honestly drinking a Gatoraid before I worked out seemed to help. Could of been just in my head but shit if it works why not. But if you go into any gnc store they should be able to point to you the right direction.. Or just call them and ask.

Try starting your workout as soon as u finish the drink. Rather then giving it time to take effect. Also use more water.
I do that, don't get the tingles much. Still get a good focus and extra energy.

Any fat burner and just up your calories it sounds weird but works.
